This is correct. There are too many cops. Open carry, the losers won't run their mouths for long, we all get along.

A 1880s western style of govt, worked for them. Jails will be empty, you obey the law or die, pretty simple.

Let's use exhibit A:
Mother of 2 in the hood loves next to a known drug dealer, she doesn't want her kids on drugs, she shoots the dealer... no one cares a drug dealer is dead.

A man robs a store, he's shot and killed, nobody cares.

A man speeding doesn't get a ticket, no one cares.

Etc etc
