This isn't true at all. Words themselves are not racist. The video of the kid, yes that's a racist statement. There are other uses of the word that are not racist.

I don't use the word myself, but I also don't demonize words.

I could make up a word from scatch and assign personal racist feelings towards it and it would be much worse than saying the dreaded N word.

You sound very stupid and ignorant.

The n-word has history; it has meaning. If you don’t know the history maybe you pick up a book or google it.

In what context is a white guy screaming “I hate n-word” not racist?
