Build Request - 4monitor setup

Im crap at this type of stuff
I need a build that will allow me to run a 4 monitor setup. Play alot of WoW and DoTA2 besides work. Run 3-4 differnt sessions of remote monitoring on the different screens. I currently have 1 LG 27" LED 4K and would like to be able to run 3 more.
Best processor you think is worth the $ and graphics cards able to run 4 monitors at 4k. All the other normal stuff main HD + storage, audio, etc etc
2-3k budget is fine. Not really interested in water cooled unless yall think its necessary, Ive never delt with it before, but im sure i can figure it out if I had to.
Thanks in advance! No hurry, I can wait until all the big brain guys have chimed in and we have a consenus

IDK
Maybe I just use that as my main monitor for all the good stuff and run 3 other just regular screens?
I really only need the 1 screen for gaming movies etc
the others are just used for realestate for programs and remote sessions where im logged into other comptuers

You are going to need some serious horsepower to get4 4k screens to do anything other than shite on themselves.

This.
3K isn't sniffing the GPU power needed to run 4 4k screens.
I just built a Ryzen 9 with a 2080TI for 3500. I'm not even running 4K

Assuming that you only want to game on one screen, then you only need your gaming screen to run off the GPU
Run another one off you CPU.
Get 2, USB 3.0 to 4K Displaylink adapters and you will be fine.
Or don't run off the CPU and get 3 DisplayLink adapters
I ran 4, 4K monitors off of a Dell Laptop at work doing this.
Just don't cheap out in the DisplayLink Adapters.

Asked around and a friend came up with this. Thoughts critques etc? GPU has 2HDMI and 2 Display ports which covers the 4 monitors.

And you are gonna have shite frame rates when you try to game at 4k on one and run 3 more at 4K.
At least get one GPU for your gaming monitor and a second card for your others.
Or use the solution I outlined above.

If he doesn't really play anything besides WOW and DOTA he wont have any problems playing those games with 3 other 4k screens connected
