Embracing Moral Relativism and the feelings = truth movement is where we fricked up.
Abandoning religion is where we are truly destroyed.
I have so many friends who look at going to church as some kind of bizarre incomprehensible thing. It's really sad.

The most religious parts of the country and world are also the worst parts - the absolute leaders in pretty much every social pathology.
I went to a private school in Louisiana and being surrounded by evangelicals during my formative years was pretty much the worst part of my life. Good riddance
