16% of the population are committing 90% of the attacks. You can't just say whites get attacked more because they're the majority, because obviously the opposite, that whites attack more because they're the majority, is not true. You don't think that needs to be normalized to put into perspective? The example you gave where everyone was a criminal and attacks were random was useless. You added the WoW and BoB element.

That's where you've fricked up, and that's what the manipulative data in the OP counts on.

The actual data shows that 13% of the population is committing 23% of the violent crime. Out of proportion, sure, but not 45X out.

But it is true. Whites commit 2X as much violent crime as blacks. Refer to the actual data, page 3. Yes, whites commit less violent crime per their share than blacks, but nowhere near 45X less.

Data that needs to be normalized should be normalized. Data that does not need to be normalized becomes useless when "normalized". If you want to adjust the data in some way, you must do it correctly.
