Dude, I'm ultraconservative, but don't be a douche. Don't try to justify this. None of us know what happened and I want the legal system to play itself out, but don't spin "he was a bad guy and deserved it." That's lame.

No one disagrees but why is it everytime one of these things goes down, the guy who got killed was a huge p.o.s who was engaged in a criminal act and then got into a fight with the cops?
