If I had to wager, I would think at worst we get docked a few scholarships, maybe a few recruiting visits, etc.

I have several reasons for feeling this way.

1- Our ad is married to the head of the NCAA's daughter. He also took this job while this "situation" was brewing. He knew full well about any cloud Wade may have put over the program. And yes I am aware Woodard has language in his contract that absolves him from any problems before he came here.

2- Wade is KILLING IT on the recruiting trail. This dude is showing no signs of any concern over possible sanctions. I think the normal behavior when "caught" would be to lay back and not make as much noise on the trail as you were before. Just settle for the decent team you have and try to weather the storm. Wade gives ZERO flucks, and is going full steam.

3- Wade has the same lawyer as Sean Miller. From everything made public, Miller should have been fired long ago from what we know. He has gone nowhere. I am pretty sure Arizona hasn't even received an NOA. This leads me to believe that the lawyer has leverage on the NCAA. Imagine if the lawyer paid an aau coach to wear a wire while speaking to a high profile coach or coaches, resulting in a highly incriminating recording of a major coach with his hand in the cookie jar. How in demand would you be as a lawyer with the NCAA over a barrel. Heck, you might even be able to get a coach like Wade who is in deep doo doo to pay you top dollar to keep the NCAA at bay, while he continues to wreck shite.

I truly believe we have a young coach who is pissing off the big coaches and programs, and those parties are using their minions (vitale, forde, wolken) to smear our coach, who is doing nothing more than beating everybody ar their own game.
