USCe could be a thorn in the sides of Clemson and Florida.
The biggest risk to LSU would probably be Florida State. They have recruited Louisiana well over the years.

Miami is probably the greatest OOS threat - other than Alabama. Early 2000s were tough, especially in NO.
Oklahoma needs to stay elite. They help keep Texas and A&M honest in Texas. Of course, we need to keep the fight with A&M in Texas as well.
