Hes been doing it for a long time. He has started a bunch of groups for donations and such only to mostly pay himself.
He created some Haitian childrens fund a few years back and paid himself like $150k and only sent like 150k to Haiti

Better than Clinton Foundation, they got hundreds and hundreds of Millions for Haiti, and paid for a little tin shack to be built.
