Was Equal Opportunity the downfall of our country?

would we have as many problems today if we didn't hire people because of color or gender? Is this a part of our problem?

American companies have hired more people solely because of their color and gender the past 20 years of this country's history than they did in the first 200.

Diversion from pursuing the best is always bad.

Stacy fricking Abrams is considered a viable VP/Presidential candidate.

Equal opportunity isn't bad.

But it has been perversed by the left to mean equal outcome. It has become as dangerous (or synonymous) as communism.
