re: Fastest growing and declining retail brands

Dunkin is weird because it's such a beloved brand in the NE and it's practically a discount/crappy franchise here in the SE. Around these parts I feel like it's viewed as a Subway-quality place. They are building new nice locations, but something about the combo Dunkin/BR just seems so low rent. The donuts are pretty bad, the coffee drinks seem like knock offs and the breakfast sandwiches look inferior to QT.
