I know a lot of people love Forza Horizon 3 (more arcade style) and Forza Motorsport 7 (More for racing fans), but are they really the two best? Project Cars 2 looks interesting as well.
I just wanted to get some insight from people who've actually played them or any other racing games. Thanks for the help.

I enjoy the newest NASCAR game simply for just driving 200 mph and drafting around the turns of Daytona and Talladega.
Forza Horizon 4 is free right now on Xbox if you have game pass. I’ve been enjoying that here lately.

If you want more arcade style check out Wreckfest. It's a total blast online.

Horizon 3 isn't "arcade style". The driving physics are the same as first Motorsports. There play style is different. Horizon is an open world concept where you drive around an open world to get to the races or challenges. Three is a lot of stuff you can do on the open world besides just reaching. The courses are street races (a mixture of paved and unpaved). Lots of extra content to screw around with on horizon. Motorsports is your standard select a track and race. I like horizon because sometimes it's just fun to select a vehicle and just drive around in it. I think there real answer is both horizon and Motorsports. Of you like driving simulations both are great in their own way.
