The owner of the property has given the GBI additional film of the same guy entering the house over several days.
I am speculating that it is a drug drop. Not trying to make an excuse for the killing, but trying for context.

Whether he was jogging or not is irrelevant. Trust passing is a misdemeanor. Unless someone can prove that he was committing a felony, then this whole detainment thing was unlawful.
