Okay. I found out about the SnS while researching the Vortex. The advantages of the SnS are that it never leaves the grill and it makes both "low and slow" and searing easier. The Vortex generates a ton of heat, but is kind of a special application tool.

That's what I concluded, and I know you do a lot of cooking, so I thought maybe there was something else that I missed. Anyway, love the SnS and highly recommend it, although I know some videos are out there saying that it doesn't give you anything that MacGyver can't do with a couple of tin cans and some duct tape.
