you realize Wade has to be found "guilty" of committing level 1 or 2 infractions and/or him being indicted in state or federal court to activate that clause right? So if the NCAA doesn't have enough to hammer us, then the school can't fire Will Wade with that new clause in his contract. Further, based on that verbiage, Wade, specifically, would need to have been found guilty of failure to monitor or LOIC (or something along those lines) for that to activate.

You need to go to the NCAA web site and read what Level I & II violations are.
