If you are not MAGA (and even if you are, tbh), make sure you do the following in your posts:

1. avoid personal attacks on posters or groups of posters

2. avoid name-calling

3. if you're going to insult a politician, make sure the nickname is witty and original rather than something late night comedians have already run into the ground

4. Don't take requests to explain your positions as attacks. While some will call you names, many will legitimately want to know more about what you think and why

5. when explaining your positions, make sure to post links and describe said links. Blind links will be ignored.

6. Keep in mind that articles from ABC, NBC, CBS, Wapo, The New York Times, MSNCBC, and especially CNN and huff po will be met with skepticism.

7. Don't take personal attacks seriously. This board is rough, and we all rip on each other mercelessly.

8. Try to learn the board slang like hogans for boobs, I've seen better ______ walking across the quad on a tuesday, ______ is out of control, STTDB, Les Miles has lost control of _______, meet me at Sonic (challenge to a fight or debate), knucklecheck or mud check (fist fight or direct physical confrontation), etc

9. Try to avoid over-used slang like nowfag, concern troll, cuck, simp, and snowflake

10. Don't hide behind false labels. A lot of left wing posters try to pretend they're "reagan republicans" or "libertarians" while shilling for progressives. This board will sniff you out quickly and ostracize you for it. On the flip side, open and honest communists like Ralph wankerm are respected because they own their identity. Using a false political identity will not make your arguments more persuasive.

11. If your thread mentions something stated on a news program or a comment by an attractive female politician, entertainer, reporter, pundit, etc. post pics.

12. Q stuff goes in the Q thread only and not on any other board or thread. Also, don't troll the Q thread or you will get banned unless you're mickey goldmill who is permitted to inexplicably troll it for reasons which cannot be explained.

13. You don't have to respond to every reply, but it's also bad practice to just start a thread with a "hot take" (read not MAGA) and then avoid responses completely or respond only with insults. Be prepared for questions and be respectful in your responses.

14. It's perfectly okay to buck the prevailing opinions of the board. However, if you do so, please be respectful, avoid emotional arguments, bring facts and figures, and respect the opinions of others. Doing that will quickly earn you respect.

15. Religion, race, and trashing board sponsors are the surest routes to banland.

16. If you get banned, lurk the OT and watch out for reinstatement threads. Contact a fellow poster and have them vouch for reinstatement

17. The search function is useless. google the topic and tigerdroppings to find older threads and bump those rather than start new ones.

18. Have fun.

The Q thread trolls itself.
