None of that matters unless you prove intent to commit a felony you bitch? If you can't prove that, all you got is trespass which MOST TIMES isn't a felony, mostly a misdemeanor. Moreover, you got proof the two who committed the likely murder against Arbery witnessed this or had immediate knowledge if this was a felony? We're WAITINGGGGGGG

Let me see here.......okay.......added "you bitch" to my list. So are you telling me that a video of a guy who momentarily stands on the street, looks at said house, then moves and enters house is NOT considered to be "intent to commit a felony" Is that what you're saying Mr. Perry Mason?

Simple question? Is entering a house (or business) without the permission of the owner NOT a felony crime? Is is a misdemeaner? Am I subject to arrest if I enter a business (or residence) without the owners permission?

You didn't answer my question? Are you a trial lawyer specializing in criminal law?
