I assumed this to be the case but its good (for me as a buyer) to hear that some locals are expecting the same thing. For now I plan on doing a month-month Airbnb rental while I continue to view places on the market. I am sort of staying away from anything longer-term so I can remain flexible if the right place pops up. Ultimately, if I cant find exactly what I am looking for I will find a more permanent renal situation.
