Have any countries with common use of anti malaria drugs had a breakout?
Vietnam, Communist so the numbers are not likely accurate, has shown extremely low incidence of Kung Flu.

The tricky part here is that countries that have trouble with malaria often have weak population health apparatuses and therefore wouldn't test sufficiently or the magnitude of their outbreaks to show up. Malaria is prevalent in a bunch of central African countries, India, and Indonesia. Who knows how well any of them are managing COVID.
