Kobe did quit that game, no getting around it, but he used that as fuel and motivation to improve himself in the coming years and he did by leading the Lake Show to 3 straight Finals and 2 straight championships

Did he have the killer mentality in game 6 in the 2008 Finals when he lost by 40 fricking points?

Looked like he laid down and quit. I remember him letting a young Rondo D him up and make him uncomfortable and he just quit when it got too tough.

He only won those 2 rings because the Celtics weren't healthy. Be honest. They were clearly a better team than the Lakers when healthy, hence the 40 pt beat down.

At least he won 2 games in a series against a team some consider among the greatest single-season teams of all-time, LeBron only led his Cavs to 1 win in two Finals against the KD Warriors

LeBron quit way more

You play who you play when you play them, not the Lakers' fault, beyond their control

That year, that's one of the greatest single-season teams in NBA history
