Budget graphics card question

I am in the market for a budget graphics card and power supply. Would like to stay under 250 for both. Here is the setup I bought for gaming...
Used Dell Optiplex Windows 10 pro
Intel I5, 3470 3.2ghz, 1TB hard drive 8gb memory.
I only have 1 game right now and these are the requirements...
OS: Windows® 7 64bit / 8 64bit.
Processor: Quad-Core 3.5 Ghz.
Memory: 8 GB RAM.
Graphics: Graphics Card with 2 GB Video RAM: Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 or equivalent.
DirectX: Version 11.
Network: Broadband Internet connection.
Storage: 20 GB available space.
I was looking at This Card and This power supply. I can get both local and if possible I'd prefer that over ordering online due to ease of returns. I am not opposed to ordering something different if there is a better bang for my buck out there.
Will these both work in the PC I have now ? I know they are overkill for the only game I have now but was thinking I may try more in the future. I currently have a 1gb card and game is choppy. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. I also plan to upgrade RAM and maybe an SSD hard drive in the future as funds allow so any suggestions there are also welcome. I'm not a heavy gamer, no need for perfect graphics just want the game to run smoothly on basic settings.

Radeon RX580 8GB is a sub-$200 beast of a card. Check out some benchmarks on YouTube to get a feel for how it handles AAA titles. I’d snag one of those and a <$75 power supply.

Well the one I posted was on sale but now appears to be off again. They do have the RX 580 GTS Black edition for 180.00. Is that something like you were talking about ? LINK

After reading some amazon reviews, I’m having concerns about quality with that particular card.
Check out the newer 5500 XT. Around $200 but seems to be a solid card.
