This is stupid! It’s not even an argument Pistol Pete was the greatest college player of all time

If they would have had a 3-point line back then he would have averaged 55 points a game

Correct. He wasn’t exactly chopped liver in the NBA either. He was on the All NBA 50 year team and led the league in scoring at 30ppg one year.

What is sad and sick is the sportwriters today try to downplay how great Pete was, when most of them probably were too young to ever see him play live.

To hell with them! Pete was the best, no contest what he could do on a basketball court with a ball in his hands!
