We also let the little girl cousins and the little boy cousins kiss when they are just toddlers. Same as when I was a kid. My grandmother even used to keep a framed picture of me kissing one of my cousins on a shelf as a bit of a joke. They're just toddlers, they aren't fornicating. Honestly I think it reduces the stigma of kissing and takes a lot of pressure off of young love when they do explore romantic relationships as young men. Repressing the natural love (whether platonic or romantic) inherent in kissing is what leads to kids breaking abstinence, living together before marriage, and teen pregnancy.
