iShares Russell 1000 Growth ETF

New to investing but currently working on building out a portfolio of ETFs starting with the iShares Russell 1000 Growth ETF.
What are the board's thoughts on this ETF as a whole? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Pretty standard super broad fund. Almost all very large corporations.
It has 533 companies in its basket so that is way more than most "total stock market funds".
Will do as good or bad as the stock market does

Only has 533 companies
