This is the record I don't think will be broken:
De La Salle won 151 games in a row (previous record was 72 for a H.S.).
12 seasons without losing a game.
Since 1991 they are 300-0-2 against Northern California competition.
And it's not like they were playing nobody. They won the mythical H.S. national championship 5 times during that run and state titles and beating L.A. inner-city schools and had a national schedule playing powerhouses outside of California.
(The team that ended their streak was from Washington - and ranked #2 in the country at the time.)

That 2004 Bellevue team was a machine, but all of their studs flopped in college. I think their 2012 team with Budda Baker and Myles Jack was better. Their 2004 team almost lost to a Jake Locker led Ferndale team in the state championship game. Ended up escaping by 3 points. That 2005 Ferndale team (Locker's senior year) might have been the best team in WA history. I believe their average score at halftime was like 42-3. Ended up beating undefeated Prosser in the title game, who was led by senior Kellen Moore. They won 47-12 and were up 40-0 in the 4th before garbage time scores.
