Woke up at my usual than took a nap.
Now I’m bout to ice down some Dos Equis and get the pot out to boil a sack with corn, potatoes, garlic, carrots and sausage.
Then feast and drink all afternoon while listening to 90’s alt rock.

Raining lightly now, not supposed to stop all day 40 degree temp drop in a few days. Just shaved my face for the first time in a few days. Powerade #1. About to cook some lobster cakes Benedict after consuming a lot of champagne and then maybe take a nap.

Never use lemons, rookie. 
The lemons soak up the seasoning so use lemon juice, ya dummy.
And definitely onions, it’s assumed. Mushrooms aren’t that good in a boil, west side boy.

Put the mushrooms on top to steam at the end. Same with the Boudin.

ETA: catch y’all later. Got to clean and set up the ice chests for the crawfish. Once they come out of the pot, you dump a bottle of Lea & Perrins and coat with a bunch of Tony’s.
Then let sit for 20 minutes while the sausage and veggies cook.
