Here in Shreveport yesterday, our Mayor released a map of the hot spot neighborhoods where the covid is most prevalent.. it's all predominantly black areas and the mayor said it correlates to where police have been called to break up large gatherings.

It's actually because of higher rates of morbid obesity and uncontrolled diabetes.
