At least in Louisiana, these won't be plentiful. You would need an actual breach of the standard of care which Louisiana makes incredibly hard to prove. Medical practice cases, minus actual negligence, are great way for lawyers to lose a ton of money.

Still going to be tough unless they are directly violating state or federal recommendations. These recommendations, if followed, will shield employers from legal liability.
Also an enormous issue with causation because the plaintiff would have to prove that they contracted it while at the work location which is going be next to impossible.
This doesn't even get into workers compensation considerations
