The governments that are trying to shutdown all this stuff are going to end up with a huge freaking "taking" bill.
That hasn't stopped those assholes from shutting down stores. Look at the governors, mayors, and sheriff's that are actively doing it across the country.

I don't necessarily disagree with you.
Yeah, but they can ignore the EO as well, the EO is stupid anyway. The local government generally have no ability to stop most of this, just send in the FBI and DOJ and enforce current U.S. law, clearly they are trying interfere with interstate commerce and trying to interfere with Americans Rights to bear arms. There are already tons of laws on the books including criminal statutes - enforce them!
