That's not my point. The OP is about how different people react to exactly the same increase in risk at totally different levels. Why? Because we are wired for different levels of risk comfort.

i feel like i incorporated this response into my comments. we have an increase in risk. some people are wary of the situation but think the response is extreme. otoh, some people are actively trying to ban the meds that seem to work and are putting entire cities on 24hr lockdown because of fear and hysteria, not facts. but the latter crew has been mischaracterizing people on this board who want a sensible response by saying those people are trying to "compare viruses." that's not an accurate representation of the former group
