If he sells for a profit he's a smart man.
I'll bet a hundred bucks if this guy bought from warehouses with a legal business license you would call him a respected businessman.

Stop moving the goalposts. What these guys did is remove the supply from their geographic area and put it all in one place, under their control.
The demand has increased because of hysteria. They used that hysteria and the bad retail policy to temporarily cut the supply and skyrocket demand.
That's not capitalism. That is profiteering.
If they had a business license and were allowed to buy up all supplies from distributors and manufacturers, that would also not be capitalism. That would be crony capitalism.
