The NC 11th District was redrawn last year, but I don't think it helps Dems much. Just like everywhere else, they are found mainly in Asheville. Every place outside of Asheville is heavily conservative. Should not be an issue.

I always get concerned about vacated seats but sounds like it'll stay secure if at least a reasonable conservative candidate runs.
