Fill dirt cost

looking for an estimated cost AND recommendations for fill dirt in Baton Rouge area. approx 150 yards.

Just got quoted $12/yard for topsoil in Sulphur. Assuming fill mix would be around 5-8 per.

Call a pool company. Anyone installing a pool has plenty to give away

That's logical but does that really work? I'd imagine They get rid of all that dirt pretty quickly after each of their jobs.

Here, $6 a yard plus shipping which is about $100 a load for a 14 yard truck. Problem right now is that the river is high which drives up the price of dirt.
