Has anyone in Houston ever tried them? I'm thinking of signing up for a couple this summer and knew some posters shop here.

I’ve taken 2 at the Central Market in Fort Worth. I didn’t learn anything groundbreaking but I’ve had fun both times.

That's pretty much what I'm looking for.

In that case you will have a good time. Plus they also serve wine.

I go to one in San Antonio. We sit under the front canopy drink Shiner Bach and eat ribs and shish kabobs that they grill and listen to the Almost Patsy Cline Band. Love getting hammered at a grocery store. Plus they valet.

In that case, I will be signing up today.

No, but I've Q&A'ed the chipotle-roaster at Westheimer, and the sushi-maker at Hwy-6 HEB location before.
I wish BR's Wok and Whisk were still open, I was too young, and would've been disinterested back when they had classes. I need some sushi classes as well. I have a cousin that knows the craft.
If I still had access to an HEB-Central Market, I'd go to some classes..sounds like fun.
