I went to Upper last summer. The place is amazing. Are you a photographer? If so, take the photography tour. It’s triple the cost but well worth it.
Horseshoe Bend is amazing as well.

They (Navajo Nation) banned all photography tours starting in 2020.
They did this to free up space in the canyon so more regular sightseers can enjoy it.
