I’ve only been to Upper Antelope Canyon. Worth seeing at least once.
Only way you can get there is with a tour.
And there are no actual bathrooms when you get to the canyon (FYI). There are some at the entrance to the area....but then it’s another I think 5-10 minute drive from there to actual entrance of canyon.
It’s become very popular in recent years so tours sell out quickly. And there are multiple tour companies so it can get crowded from all the tours.
If you go you should also check out Horseshoe Bend. Just know....Page is a tiny town with not much to do there. Breakfast options are either Denny’s or the breakfast menu at the fast food places. If you go in the warmer months you could explore Lake Powell though. In the winter months....dress warmly...it snowed when we went Feb 2019.
Eta: they watch the weather conditions closely so if there is rain....your tour may be canceled/rescheduled. They have had people on tours get trapped and died in flash floods in the canyons so they are very careful now. If you go on a tour they can show you evidence of what the flash floods have done (ex: in the upper canyon we saw a massive log wedged at the top of one section....way high over our heads....that was left over from a flash flood that had filled the entire canyon)
