i agree with you, however, cincy needs a lot more than just a qb.
andy dalton has shown he's solid when they have some talent around him.
a ton of draft picks and herbert might be a better deal than getting burrow.

Remember back when Jerry first got the Cowboys? They sucked. Then they traded Hershel to the Vikings for a ton of stuff, and built up into a Superbowl franchise.
Different position, same principle. A single superstar doesn't necessarily help you, and a rookie QB with a bad Oline can be trouble.
a couple big draft hauls, on the other hand, can upgrade the entire team.
