re: coronavirus found to contain unique “gain-of-function” property “for efficient spreading

it does seem like a major coincidence that the origin of the virus (Wuhan) is the location of their only P4( highest level security) lab in China that publicly studied this type of flu virus and also publicly were reprimanded for contamination risks. Not sure what the odds of a virus mutating and jumping to humans at that particular city would be but Im sure it is pretty low.
