Negative ghostrider, perhaps you refer to a "privilege" (VA healthcare).

Absolutely not a right to the labor of another.


We all need to understand that this is THE slippery slope of our time. I need not even go back one single generation to explain why (USSR).

I said nothing about rights or privileges.

Obviously any sort of viable healthcare for all type system wouldn't be feasible whatsoever without a wholesale restructuring of our entire federal government. Which is why I put that in my first post about all the other federal agencies that need to go away. And all other social programs.

It's pie in the sky shite. It won't ever happen with our government structured the way it currently is because it simply wouldn't be economically feasible. It would destroy the quality of care people receive.

However, I also believe that in say...20 years time this is going to be a moot question anyways. Healthcare is going to become dirt cheap eventually.
