1) The ramp to get to the mall from the I-10 service road, going eastbound... Everyone stops because they think its a merge, when you have your own fricking lane. The sign CLEARLY says as much. I love just laying on my horn for a solid 15-20 seconds or so, while they get pissed off, only to realize they were the dumbass for not going the entire time.
2) About once every other week there is a fricking train just parked near downtown BR at 5PM, so that everyone leaving downtown has to get on the interstate or take North Blvd.

I had to explain to an Uber driver once that they could do this at the S. Harrells Ferry/Jones Creek intersection.
