We as humans will always find a way to abuse things. It becomes real easy to abuse opioids whenever doctors are giving them to us. Opioids need to go and it’s time for marijuana to be legal

Addiction is genetic. Easy access to opioids was like gas on a fire for these people.

No, they don't. They are very valuable after surgery and for major pain. Doctors aren't handing them out like candy anymore.

People downvote but there is real pain relief in marijuana.
I live with chronic pain. Multiple surgeries. I have been prescribed opioids plenty of times and have never had an addiction problem fortunately. I deal with pain the old school way and grind through while taking ibuprofen.
That being said. I got high for the first time in many years a few months back, and all my pain literally went away for a few hours.
I don’t think I could deal with being high all day everyday... but it sure would be nice to have that option when I want to get serious relief.
