When I left Tulsa 1/2001 the most dangerous and well armed street gang was the rich kids of South Tulsa (the affluent area). They had no worries about their shooting and drug dealing since Mommy and Daddy hired the best law firms to keep the constabulary and the courts under control along with keeping the family name out of the press.
Southside Mommy and Daddy solution to every problem: throw some money at it, if that doesn't work, keeping throwing till it does.
