Divorce is not fine. It is a sin that involves repentance and examination and depending on circumstances may or may not be biblical reason for divorce. The key is turning from sin, not continuing in sin.

Divorce is not fine. The Bible says God hates divorce. But with a divorce, it can be a one time occurrence that can be repented of and not repeated. Plus is some divorces, there is a justifiable biblical reason to seek it.
With a practicing homosexual, he doesn’t repent, but continues in his sexual immorality.

If you get divorced you can't be a pastor or a deacon. If you marry someone that has been divorced the same applies.
