I agree that chick is nothing special.
But Bezos gave up nothing. He and his wife founded Amazon together. She was there since day 1. It’s not like he was married to some gold digger. She already owned that. She just took her part and left. (She actually settled for much less).
All the stories about how she was “now” the richest woman in the world. She already was.
