Why is that a bad answer?
Seriously? Obviously, the Astros know what they did. They don't need to refer to the sham of an investigation conducted by MLB (the same MLB that hasn't handed down even a 1-game suspension to any player who was involved in this).

MLB is scared of the players union. If players get suspended you start seeing others get implicated as they speak out and it snowballs and hits possible star players and that effects MLB's bottom line. The current situation keeps this confined to 1 or 2 teams. Still nothing I know of has come from the investigation of the 2018 Red Sox as they allegedly had a video replay system set up similar to the Astros 2017.
