I drive down Camellia twice each day, to and from work. There are close to a dozen 200 year-old oaks on that corner. IIRC, there were a bunch of similar oak trees that were cut down when they initially developed Parc Lafayette. Nature Conservationists will protest but most of the trees will give way to economic expansion. Directly across KS is a huge parcel of land next to Carabbas. Tons of available space for parking and business development.
