He almost certainly didnt knock them out at once. Most probably he was a kid who, like many, gets little or no daily exercise. He did as many as he could, rested a minute or two, and did some more. In other words, a bunch of max effort sets. At the end he was probably doing one at a time. Thus the rhabdo from doing way more than his body was accustomed to. Military trainees and high level athletes steadily work up over time to max output and even then some of them get rhabdo.
