Dwayne said his son was always real feminine compared to his other brothers growing up. He said he always had to get ready for that day he told him he was gay.

I guarantee you if D-wade wouldnt have been an NBA superstar that became an entertainment elite that married an actress he would have "prepared" a little differently.
