Had one on cheek below my ear about 12 years ago. Lady derm cut it out with no problem, no spread, no noticeable scarring. Go to derm every 6 months to keep any eye on things and they freeze off any suspect spots; keeps my face nice and smooth. Just got to keep on top of it. All about sun exposure.
