Poppa's on Galvez. You order through bulletproof glass and you have to take it with you but it's the best fried chicken I've found so far.

I have been sworn to secrecy and cannot divulge the location of the fried chicken establishment I frequent in New Orleans for fear it will become too popular, crowded with hipsters, and raise their prices.
